m-Query
This application enables authorized employees and customers to initiate MO SMS requests to organizations to receive relevant information to a mobile phone (e.g. call back request from customer care, order request through customer service). After the customer sends an SMS to a short code number, the request is routed to the organization’s relevant systems, and the application then delivers an immediate SMS response with the updated data.
