The national center for terror victims in Israel lunched a campaign for the residents of Sderot.
During the campaign, which takes place on the month of February 2008, the Israeli public could donate 11 NIS by sending the number 11 to 2111 via SMS.
The money raised will go to the wellbeing of the residents of Sderot.
Cellact volunteered to provide the technological infrastructure and cellular billing for this important campaign.
