There are several options for iPhone clients to cancel Num2 app subscription:

From within the app

The option exists for users who installed/updated the application version after 11/23/2020 and their app version is 1.37.0 or newer.

To cancel a renewed service, go to the application menu >> Click on the package information >> Click on Manage subscription.

Via device settings

Via App Store

1 – From the app go to store

2- Choose to purchase a Num2 renewal subscription and get a message that the service already exists for the current subscriber.
3 – Go to the subscription management page where you can cancel your current subscription
