Why does the app need the “Do Not Disturb” permission?

When the user is in an active call in VOIP mode, an incoming call may be received to his device to the main SIM number. If the “Do not disturb” mode is no activated, it which will ring in the device even though the user is in the call in the app. The permission to activate the “Do not interrupt” mode during a VOIP call, in accordance to the settings, will disconnect the incoming call or forward it to the device’s voicemail.

Is it possible to transfer the secondary number between two prime numbers belonging to different countries?

The prime numbers between which a secondary number is transferred, must belong to the same group of countries:

  • for a prime number (SIM) belonging to Israel, the Netherlands, the UK or the US – you can transfer to another prime number belonging to the same country only.
  • for a main number belonging to the other European countries where the Num2 service is available – the secondary number can be transferred to any of the countries in the group (for example from a French main number can be transferred to a Belgian main number).

After activating VOIP mode, I still see outgoing calls to the secondary number in the device’s call log

In VOIP mode, the incoming calls to the app will be routed via the VOIP channel while outgoing calls will continue to go through the device dialer of the primary number, if the subscriber is in the country to which the primary number (SIM) belongs, and as long as it has proper reception. Therefore, the user will see in the call log of the device calls dialed from the device to the secondary number.

If the subscriber leaves the country, the incoming and outgoing calls will go through the VOIP channel.
