How can a log be sent from the application?

Sending Logs from the Application

You can send logs to us directly from the application.
Logs provide our support team with additional information about actions that are performed behind the scenes in the app.

Sending Logs from Android Devices

Sending a Log from the App Registration Screen:

• Tap the three dots at the top of the screen
• Select Send Log
• Enter a few words and tap Yes
• Send the email with the log from your email app

Sending a Log from Within the App:

• Open the main menu (three lines at the top of the app)
• Select Help → Send Log
• Enter a few words and tap Yes
• Send the email with the log from your email app

Sending Logs from iPhone Devices

• Open the main menu (three dots inside a circle at the top of the app)
• Select About → Enable Logging
• Perform the action that causes the issue
• Open the menu again → About → Send Log
• Send the email with the log from your email app
