What Is the “Group Call” Feature and How Does It Work?

The Group Call feature allows you to forward every incoming call to up to six additional phone numbers.

For example:
If you have a sales hotline connected to the Second Number app, and all your agents also use the Second Number app, you can set it up so that any incoming call will ring on all their phones—and the first one to answer will take the call.

Alternatively, you can configure it so that incoming calls will ring on everyone’s phones except yours.

  • To implement the first option, make sure to include your own number in the list of numbers in the Group Call feature.
  • To implement the second option, make sure not to include your number in the list.

⚠️ Note: In the second option, you will not receive calls or SMS messages to your own number, as they will be automatically forwarded to the numbers listed in the Group Call setup.
SMS messages will also be forwarded to the defined numbers in the same way.


To set up the Group Call feature:

  1. Tap the Settings (gear icon) from the main screen.
  2. Select Group Call from the menu.
  3. Enter the phone numbers you wish to forward calls to.
  4. Activate the feature using the On/Off switch at the top of the screen.
