Why does the app need the “Do Not Disturb” permission?

When the user is in an active call in VOIP mode, an incoming call may be received to his device to the main SIM number. If the “Do not disturb” mode is no activated, it which will ring in the device even though the user is in the call in the app. The permission to activate the “Do not interrupt” mode during a VOIP call, in accordance to the settings, will disconnect the incoming call or forward it to the device’s voicemail.
