I purchased a Premium service. How do I get an invoice?

Apple customers – the invoice is issued directly from the App Store.

Google Play customers can request a tax invoice directly from Google Play as described in the Hebrew guide or the English guide or contact Google Play.

Customers who purchased via Paypal – to receive an invoice, send us the following details to the email num2@cellact.com:

• Full name
• H.P. / A.M. / ID.
• Full address
• Email address

The request for an invoice and the method of purchasing the service (Google or PayPal) must be indicated in the email.

The request will be processed, and an invoice will be sent to you by the next business day.
