Can I register for the Num2 service while staying outside the country to which the primary (SIM) number belongs?

When installing the application and registering for the Secondary number service, the system will allow registration only for a subscriber who resides in the country to which the SIM belongs. For example, a subscriber with a Dutch SIM who installed the application while staying in Israel, will not be able to register for the service.
A subscriber who has already registered for the service and travels outside the country to which the SIM belongs will be able to use the Secondary number service. For information on using the application outside the country of origin, click here.
