I have changed the SIM on my device to a different primary number, and now the app has stopped working. What should I do?

The secondary number in the application is “linked” to the main number on which it is installed. Therefore, if a SIM has been changed to another number, it is recommended that you transfer your Num2 account using the app menu and register it on the new main SIM number.
