I installed the app, in an attempt to perform actions I get an error “number is not active”

To use the application service, you must purchase a package that includes call minutes and text messages.If you have just installed the application for the first time, the installation of the application may not have completed properly. Try reinstalling. If the problem recurs, you should contact support at num2@cellact.com .
