When trying to make a call from the app, I get an error message “Please enable ‘use VOIP’ under Settings”
The error means that when trying to dial from the application, the system recognized that the user is located abroad of the country to which the primary number (SIM) on which the application is installed belongs, and that the user purchased a package that includes the option to use VOIP.
To activate VOIP mode you need to go to the main menu >> Settings >> Activate ‘use VOIP’.
If you are not located abroad, a VPN application may be activated on your device that simulates browsing the Internet from an IP address that belongs to another country.
